Worst service for aadhaar update! Called me after 2 weeks when I went after 2 weeks, it seems the person is on leave. How can you not have a replacement!!! When asked, the staff was like we are providing a service as if it is free of cost! Hello!!! I paid more money to travel there!!!! Doubtful if they will update the details also properly!

Their Bhopal branch staff is not only incompetent but they lack integrity too. They misguide clients for achieving their deposit targets. Simply third class.

App,Website,Bank Account are quite fine and easy process but spot delivery for Atm Card,Cheque Book etc. are very slow like a tortoise. It's been a month now ,today only i received Atm PIN without Card and cheque book that's too. Slowest Delivery ever compare to RBL BANK, IDFC BANK ,IDBS etc. Improve the delivery so that you guys will be having lots of customers.
